The Service is operated by The Software Suite™ and A.J. Hakimi (Hakimi Abdul Jabar), the data controller. For any privacy request, contact support@melbarfxstrats.cloud.
We keep collection to the minimum needed to run a paid terminal:
| Data | Why | Legal basis (GDPR/UK GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal Subscription / Order ID you enter | To verify your entitlement with PayPal and grant terminal access | Performance of a contract |
| Device identifier (a random ID stored in your browser) | To bind your access to your device and prevent account sharing | Legitimate interest (fraud/abuse prevention) |
| IP address (transiently, at request time) | Rate-limiting and abuse protection on our verification endpoint | Legitimate interest (security) |
| Email & message, if you contact support | To respond to your enquiry | Legitimate interest / consent |
We do not collect your name, address, or payment-card data — PayPal handles payment and shares only what's needed to confirm entitlement. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other sites.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The Service uses your browser's local storage to hold a short-lived access token, your device identifier, and your plan status — strictly so the terminal works and access is device-bound. Clearing your browser storage removes these; you then re-activate via Subscriber Access.
We use a small set of trusted providers strictly to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf; we do not sell data to anyone.
The Service is delivered over a global CDN and our providers operate internationally, so your data (for example your IP at request time) may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, our providers rely on recognised safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
We hold almost nothing at rest: there is no user database. Access tokens and device identifiers live in your browser, not on our servers. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are held transiently in memory and are not written to a persistent store by us. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any legal obligation.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Because we hold minimal data and no user accounts, some requests may be satisfied simply by you clearing your browser storage. To exercise any right, email support@melbarfxstrats.cloud. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Access is protected by signed, short-lived, device-bound tokens; verification runs over HTTPS; and our endpoints are rate-limited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design for data-minimisation so there is little to expose.
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date shows the current version and changes apply prospectively. Questions or requests: support@melbarfxstrats.cloud. See also our Terms & Refund Policy.
