MelBarFXStrats™ (the "Service") is a USD/JPY quant finance and macro-intelligence terminal operated by The Software Suite™ and A.J. Hakimi (Hakimi Abdul Jabar) ("we", "us"). It provides model-derived analytics, including a signal score, regime classification, volatility and intervention-risk estimates, key levels, and AI-generated commentary from third-party models (xAI Grok, OpenAI GPT).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure. Access is granted to you for your own use; you may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable taxes we are required to collect. We offer:
We may change pricing prospectively. Price changes never affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
Subscriptions are processed by PayPal and renew automatically at the start of each billing period using your PayPal account. You may cancel future renewals at any time from within your own PayPal account; PayPal provides this control directly, and cancellation stops further charges going forward.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not partially refund the unused remainder of a paid period (see Section 5). If a renewal payment fails, PayPal may retry it; if it cannot be collected, the subscription is paused and access ends.
The 7-day pass, and each paid subscription period (monthly or annual), are non-refundable once the period has begun, including on cancellation. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid; your access simply continues until the paid period ends.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because the Service provides immediate digital access, at checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. If you have not yet accessed the Service, you may request withdrawal within 14 days by emailing us.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law — including the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer-protection statutes. If the Service is faulty, materially not as described, or fails a guarantee that applies to it, you are entitled to the remedy the law provides, regardless of the "non-refundable" rule above.
Email support@melbarfxstrats.cloud with your PayPal transaction or subscription ID. We aim to respond within a few business days.
You agree not to: attempt to bypass payment or access controls; scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data; probe, attack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, without refund.
The Service depends on third-party sources (including xAI, OpenAI, Finnhub, FRED, Japan's Ministry of Finance, and other providers) and on serverless hosting. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous availability of any data feed, or the accuracy of third-party data. Features may change, degrade, or be withdrawn. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
MelBarFXStrats™, The Software Suite™, and the Service's design, code, models, and content are owned by The Software Suite™ and A.J. Hakimi and are protected by law. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of anything.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
